Abi & Dave were the perfect landlords from the very first viewing all the way through to the end of our three year tenancy. If there was ever a problem (of which there rarely every was!) Abi and Dave would always make it their top priority to get it sorted immediately. They were always approachable and genuinely really lovely to deal with.

The flat is a wonderfully well finished in an absolutely ideal location. With a sleek and modern Kitchen & Bathroom, and gorgeous high ceilings, it was the perfect first flat for me and my partner. Being so close to both Kingston and Surbiton with beautiful walks along the Thames and Hampton Court Palace gardens so close by, it was our saviour during lockdown. The close proximity to Surbiton Station was life changing with the fast train getting into Waterloo in just 17 minutes. Our only reason for moving out is that we are relocating to Essex for work, and we really wish that we could take the Flat with us!

Good Afternoon Abi & Dave it is with great sadness that I have to give you my one month advanced warning that I will be leaving your wonderful flat. On a brighter note I’m moving to a new property to be with my family. This wonderful time has been made even more special by yourselves and your wonderful family. Abi and Dave are great! I am a current tenant in one of their properties. I thought the move in process was very professional, while comfortable and easy at the same time. Any issues that have come up since the move, both Abi and Dave have been very fast to respond with urgent action which has been great. I feel that they have really considered me as a tenant when preparing this property in terms of overall design, furniture and cleanliness. In the many properties that I viewed before I found this one, the landlords did cheap renovations and left cheap/old furniture for the tenants so I could tell that their only interest was making every penny that they could from having tenants there. My property was freshly painted, new well-designed bathroom, a good new bed and even a few kitchen utensils to help me get started. Overall, the property had a sense that they cared about the people that stayed there; which is very hard to come by in such a competitive property market. I would highly recommend A&D Knight Properties to anyone looking for something in the area.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent accommodation and service you have given me during my tenancy and I will miss the property greatly and I have really enjoyed being here. It has been perfect for me at just the time I needed it.

Renting with Abi and Dave was a great experience, they are by far the best landlords we have had in our 5 years of renting properties. If something needed sorting, they were quick to fix it, the price of the flat was fair and the entire process was stress free. Beautiful house, fantastic landlords. I lived in one of their properties a few years ago and now live in another, and have had nothing but good experiences. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Our landlords are great at keeping us informed on cleaning days. The house is really nice with a big garden and a spacious communal area.

I have lived in Surbiton for the past year with Abi & Dave as Landlords, and have had nothing but a pleasurable experience. The flat itself is stunning- really modern and finished to an excellent standard, which I know they picked out themselves. Communication has been both superb and quick, and nothing was ever too much to get sorted.

Amazing landlords, considerate, always fix any issues that arise with the property immediately and easy to communicate with. Very rare also to find a landlord that takes real pride and care of their properties and their service to the tenant. Abi and Dave Knight are professional landlords who have made our tenancy a happy and smooth 12 months. They are both very helpful individuals who are kind, friendly and informative.

The property which, myself and 4 other students rented, was maintained to a high standard with frequent electrical report checks, a gardener, who maintained the garden, as well as their trusted team of plumbers and engineers who were all very helpful if there was any maintenance issue.

I am sad to be leaving this property, as it was an overall lovely experience. The house was stunning, the location was efficient and close to shops and perfect for university students. Therefore, I highly recommend A&D Knight Properties.

Abi and Dave are engaged and attentive landlords, always quick to respond and take care of any maintenance needed. Moreover, they are very flexible and helpful making the rental process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them as landlords.

The move out went really well. I want to say thank you very much for all you did for us during our tenancy it made it less stressful and we knew that you were only a call away when we needed something fixed so thank you for that.

It’s been a pleasure having Abi and Dave as our Landlady and Landlord. They are very chill and understanding to the fact we’re students. If anything was wrong with the house, they’d send someone to fix it straight away without any issues. They’re also very friendly which is a plus! I really enjoyed living in 145 Bevendean Crescent, the house was lovely and in good condition. Abi was always very helpful and responsive whenever we had an issue with anything.
